At Wild Hare Yoga, each class is created to meet each student where they are on their yogic path. Mary has over ten years of personal practice and is trained in meditation, yogic breathing, and traditional power vinyasa. She brings humor and a personal touch to every class.

Through yoga we learn to meet ourselves where we are in our minds, in our bodies, in our goals. Yoga teaches us balance and strength while cultivating patience with ourselves and pushing past the limitations we think we have. By learning patience and grace with ourselves, we’re able to extend that to others in our lives.
